All orders are sent via Poste Haste and are dispatched within 5 working days from the date you place your order.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping is $7 North Island wide and $12 for the South Island for orders under $100. All orders over $100 ship free of charge. We don't offer weekend delivery or expedited shipping at this stage.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We're sorry we only offer shipping within NZ at this stage.


WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?

We recommend you ship your order to a location where someone will be available to receive it such as a workplace. Poste Haste should leave your parcel in a safe location. If unable to do so, they will leave a card for re-delivery or pickup.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST?

We do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives at your door in pristine condition. However, If there are any problems with your order please contact us as soon as possible. Email: [email protected] or contact us on 0800 238 566. We will arrange a suitable replacement or refund for you.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you change your mind about any item you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price subject to the following conditions: (a) the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase; (b) the item must be unopened and unused with all original seals, labels and packaging attached; and (c) if you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

  • The promotional code does not apply to pre-orders, unless otherwise specified.
  • The promotional code does not apply to gift voucher purchases.
  • The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.
  • If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
